What you do
Very easy... just arrange the foam shapes and glue them in place. Punch holes out of foam scraps and add to visor. Tacky glue is sometimes difficult for little kids to squeeze from the dabber. Pour the glue into small bowls and let them spread it on with a craft stick.

Patterns for Clothes*
Craft Foam
Wiggle Eyes -- 10mm
Scissors
Trim, Buttons, Lace, Fabric Scraps
Embroidery Floss (for shoe ties)
Tacky Glue
Markers

What you do
Print patterns for clothes. Staple around pieces to craft foam. Cut out. Glue to bodies. Decorate clothes with trim, buttons, lace, fabric scraps.
To make straight hair, wrap yarn about 10 times around four of your fingers. Tie it together with a small piece of yarn. Cut through loop. Glue to the head and trim up. To make short curly hair, spread tacky glue on the head. Lay a piece of yarn down in small loops to cover the glue.
Glue on wiggle eyes and draw a face.
